RTMARK.COM provides free electronic mail (E-MAIL) accounts to members of the public who requests an account (USER). E-MAIL accounts are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with no warranties, expressed or implied. RTMARK.COM provides this as a service to you, the general public, and reserves the right to terminate this service, or any individual E-MAIL account without notice at Any Time. Use of E-MAIL accounts on RTMARK.COM constitutes agreement to the following terms;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. USER agree to abide by all rules and conditions provided on the RTMARK.COM website.

2. USER will not engage in any conduct that disrupts the use of the E-MAIL service by other users. USER agrees that any conduct of this nature may result in termination of the E-MAIL account by system administrator. This conduct includes harassment of USER by USER on RTMARK.COM system, or harassment of any kind with other user on NON-RTMARK.COM system.

3. USER agrees not to modify or otherwise tamper with code on RTMARK.COM computer system or other computer systems not related to RTMARK.COM while using RTMARK.COM E-MAIL services, or elsewhere.

4. RTMARK.COM email addresses do not explain relationship to RTMARK.COM or organization. RTMARK.COM E-MAIL USER agrees not to engage in correspondence with parties on behalf of the organization or otherwise represent RTMARK.COM in E-MAIL communications. USER accepts RTMARK.COM actions as actions of separate entity and may not claim relationship to RTMARK.COM, unless user is authorized by RTMARK.COM system administrator to do so.

5. USER understands that RTMARK.COM cannot be held accountable for any damage to personal computer system that may result from use of RTMARK.COM website or RTMARK.COM E-MAIL services. USER uses RTMARK.COM E-MAIL service at SOLE RISK TO USER. RTMARK.COM E-MAIL is provided on "as-is" basis and is not guaranteed to work in any specific way. RTMARK.COM expressly denies any claims, explicit or implied, as to the quality or specific functioning of RTMARK.COM services, including E-MAIL service. RTMARK.COM reminders users to back up E-MAIL messages and other files stored on RTMARK.COM computer systems frequently to avoid accidental deletion or erasure due to malfunctioning of computer equipment.

6. RTMARK.COM E-MAIL is provided to the public via POP3 E-MAIL service. USER agrees not to tamper with POP3 service while using RTMARK.COM services including E-MAIL services.

7. RTMARK.COM does not monitor E-MAIL and is in no way responsible for the actions of a USER on the system or the contents of the E-MAIL message. RTMARK.COM acts as a free public service and disavows knowledge of any activities conducted by E-MAIL or other RTMARK.COM services of specific uses and contents.
