"Alcohol manufacturers have long sponsored alcoholism among gays, and have encouraged the near-monopolization of gay culture by bars. At a gay event sponsored by an alcohol manufacturer, dress as a representative of the sponsoring corporation, wear a big sign saying e.g. 'Coors loves gays', and as a corporate public service distribute useful alcohol-related information, e.g. ways to alleviate immediate effects of alcohol poisoning while awaiting an ambulance, how to arrange your insurance policy so that likely eventual liver damage will be properly covered, chemical ways to counter momentary or chronic impotence brought on by alcohol use, etc."

"We would like to create a video describing how gay liberation has also had a negative impact on 'financially challenged' gays. Before gay lib, gay bars were to be found only in poor neighborhoods, providing these with infusions of cash; this resource of course vanished when bars could be located openly in other areas. Furthermore, the windfall that gay lib has represented for marketing entrepreneurs, big discos, etc. has made coming out a potentially expensive experience. The intention is to place a responsibility on gay institutions (and government) to concern themselves with those gays (and others) who do not benefit from corporate desires."

With a group of 8-10 people (or more depending on size of intersection). cross very slowly one at a time, spacing yourselves a few feet from each other, but close enough so that cars cannot drive through. Upon reaching the other side of the crosswalk, turn around and walk back. Pass out materials at either curb. Repeat ad infitum, making sure you stay in the crosswalks. Bush is acting just like a monarch--he is even taking drastic measures to insure his political line's continuity--launch a movement to find the rightful heir to the American throne among George Washington's descendants, and install him or her with all due pomp and circumstance as a relatively benign alternative to the current de facto monarchy."

"We would like to develop a 'grassroots' seed repatriation program that will run, slowly but continuously, for as long as possible. The idea is to plant all manner of flora wherever project members go, regardless of how urban the surroundings. More urban settings are preferred, due to their high exposure. The primary focus of the repatriation will be ethnobotanicals of all kinds. For initial stages this would include (legal) hemps, herb and spice producing plants, annual flowers, and vegetables. $1000 is needed for minimal lab equipment to conduct more serious botanical research to develop strains better suited to city climates. A seed bank will be established that will consist entirely of heirloom seeds, from which anyone will be able to request, free of charge, any seed for their own local repatriation or research. A website will be maintained for the dissemination of information as the p.r. object continually evolves."

"It is possible to print newsprint in large quantities inexpensively. Make newsprint inserts and place in tabloids such as The New York Post or USA Today en masse. The inserts should be in the tabloid's style, but discuss the war's real costs--the civilian casualties, for example--or other news or background that doesn't get coverage. To get media attention, include real journalists' e-mails or work phone numbers on the inserts. Best to have ten or more journalists listed; one option is to have one journalist listed on a hundred, another on another hundred, etc. (See this project, for example.)"
